Housing Price Trends has updated the Premium price chart data with 4Q2015 housing price data. For this quarter, there were 24 BUY signals and 3 SELL signals. However, only 8 BUY signals occurred in the top 146 cities with optimal volatility, and 2 of the 3 SELL signals occurred in the top 146 cities as well. This compares to the following for 3Q2015: 16 BUY signals and 1 SELL signal (5 BUY, 1 SELL in the top 146 cities).
