Housing Price Trends Posts 2Q 2016 Results

Housing Price Trends has updated the Premium price chart data with 2Q2016 housing price data. For this quarter, there were 7 BUY signals and 3 SELL signals. However, only 2 BUY signals occurred in the top 147 cities in which to invest, and 1 SELL signal occurred in the top 146 cities. This compares to the following for 1Q2016: 31 BUY signals and 1 SELL signals (10 BUY, no SELLs in the top 146 cities).
