Another Housing Crash in Miami?
In addition to Miami, San Francisco, Denver, and Dallas also had recent price increases. In Miami, the price escalation is due to purchases by institutional investors as well as foreign buyers. In the mid-2000's the prices were driven up by loose mortgage standards as well as massive speculation. Could this lead to another housing crash?
